Who is responsible for your data
Vicarage Spirit Ltd (company number 11236490), The Old Vicarage, Main Road, Hursley, Winchester, SO21 2JW, United Kingdom, is the UK importer and seller of Illuminati Vodka. It handles the details you send through the forms on this website and decides how they are used.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, company, country, email address, phone number if you give one, the products and quantity you are interested in, and your message. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies and has no analytics or advertising trackers. The 18+ check saves a small note in your browser (local storage) for 10 days so you are not asked on every page. It stays on your device.
Why we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your order. We do not use them for anything else. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before a contract.
Who receives it
Vicarage Spirit Ltd receives your enquiry by email. Resend, our email delivery provider, carries the message to us, and Cloudflare hosts this website. We do not sell your data. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, and where they do they rely on recognised safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and for our business and tax records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to have it erased, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive a copy of it. To do any of these, write to us at the address above or send a message through the contact form. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Age
This site is for people aged 18 or over and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
